Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Plant

We are leaders in manufacturing and fabricating liquid nitrogen plants with unmatched quality and unbeatable prices. We have a state of the art manufacturing unit in UAE where we have employed experienced & talented engineers skilled in fabricating premium quality cryogenic nitrogen plants. Our fabricating & manufacturing is carried out in technical collaboration with ING. L. & A. Boschi, an acclaimed Italian company for fabricating of the industrial gas plant machinery. We comply with all internationally approved standards. High quality materials and components are used in our fabricating. Our manufacturing is reputed for its designing excellence and overall quality and reliability.

Our liquid nitrogen plants are equipped to produce nitrogen with purity up to 99.99%, which meets commercial specifications. Our cryogenic plants come in several capacities ranging from 20 Liter/hour to 1000 Liter/hour. Liquid oxygen produced is stored in cryogenic storage tanks. We are very particular about manufacturing plant which is trusted for its flawless seamless performance, low power consumption, reliability and durability. We employ advanced air separation columns so that our machinery can generate nitrogen with high purity. We comply with internationally reputed standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and CE certifications.

Scope and Supply

Air Compression: In the first stage, the air is compressed at a low pressure of 5-7 bar. Such low temperature is maintained by using advanced compressors.

Air Pre-Cooling: In the second stage, a low pressure refrigerant is used for pre-cooling the processed air to temperature around 12 degrees centigrade before it enters the purifier.

Purification of Air by Purifier: Air enters a purifier made of twin molecular sieve driers, each functioning in turn. The sieves eliminate the carbon dioxide and moisture from the process air before it enters the air separation unit.

Cryogenic Cooling of Air by Expander: Air is cooled to sub zero temperatures for liquefaction and cryogenic refrigeration. An efficient expander is used for cooling. Air is cooled to temperatures below -165 to -170.

Separation of Liquid Air into Oxygen and Nitrogen in Air Separation Column: Impurities such as oil, moisture and carbon dioxide are removed before air enters into a low pressure plate fin type Heat exchanger where the air is cooled below sub zero temperatures by air expansion process in the cryogenic expander. Due to the excellent thermal efficiency we can achieve a temperature difference delta t as low as 2 deg c at the warm end of these exchangers.

Liquid nitrogen stored in cryogenic liquid tanks: Liquid Nitrogen is directed from the cold box into the liquid storage tank, which is equipped with a pressure control panel. The control receives the signal for the demand for gaseous nitrogen and regulates the gas flow into the end-users pipeline to maintain line pressure. An ambient air vaporizer is used to vaporize stored liquid nitrogen.
