Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) plant is used for producing oxygen by separating it from the atmospheric air, which is constituted of 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen along with a small percentage of inert gases. We manufacture and supply PSA plants with the most advanced PSA technology available for efficiency, reliability and superb performance. In our oxygen generators we use a vessel comprising of a molecular sieve called zeolite, which is filled with compressed air. The nitrogen molecules get trapped in the sieve material while the oxygen molecules goes through the sieve and are collected in an oxygen receiver tank attached to the oxygen generator. PSA plants are used in industrial and medical applications. However, for production of medical grade oxygen, WHO (World Health Organization) has issued specific technical specifications.
After being adsorbed in the molecular sieve, the nitrogen molecules are released back into the atmosphere upon release of the pressure from the vessel. As the pressure is being releases, the cycle is repeated in the second vessel. The process is repeated jumping from one vessel to another until there is demand for oxygen. PSA plants can be used both for producing oxygen for industrial and medical application. As for medical applications, we fabricate and supply oxygen generators that meet specifications defined by WHO. Moreover, PSA plants themselves be turn-key units complete with all the necessary equipment and supplies. It is imperative that the staff operating and maintaining the plants must have specialized training. Strict maintenance is needed for preventing any mal-functioning.
Our PSA oxygen generator plants are used for producing medical oxygen as per the specifications prescribed. Also, it is used in wide range of industries which are given below.
